1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the now bet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the now bet website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the now bet Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. now bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the now bet Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. now bet may also require government-issued identification for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your now bet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify now bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

now bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified now bet of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

now bet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the now bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). now bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your now bet account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. now bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
• now bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting now bet support is a violation of these Terms. now bet reserves the right to suspend accounts and recover funds in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

now bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

now bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

now bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the now bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to now bet support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing now bet staff, support agents, or other players.
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account suspension imposed by now bet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the now bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, user interface design, and underlying code, is the property of now bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the now bet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from now bet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any now bet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of now bet intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, now bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, network interruptions, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that now bet takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

now bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

now bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.

10. Suspension and Termination

now bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that now bet reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any applicable holds for investigation purposes. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact now bet support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. now bet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

now bet operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through its official channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

now bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, now bet will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the now bet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
